This Privacy Policy describes how the One Call Technical Solutions QuickBooks Integration (the “Application”) handles information. The Application is a private, internal tool developed and operated by One Call Technical Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”) for use with the Company’s own QuickBooks Online accounting data and that of its affiliated entity, OccMed Development. It is not offered to, marketed to, or used by the general public.
The Application connects only to QuickBooks Online company files owned and controlled by the Company. There are no third-party end users. Access is limited to authorized Company personnel.
Through Intuit’s authorized QuickBooks Online API, and only with the Company’s own authorization, the Application may read and write accounting records, including: expense and purchase transactions, chart-of-accounts entries, vendors, customers, products/services, and associated receipt or document attachments. The Application does not access banking login credentials, and it does not collect personal information from any individual outside the Company.
Accessed data is used solely to record, categorize, reconcile, and report the Company’s own business expenses and accounting transactions within the Company’s QuickBooks Online companies. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Company’s internal accounting.
We do not sell, rent, or share accounting data with third parties. Data is transmitted only between the Application and Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Automated processing used to categorize transactions is performed under the Company’s control and is not used to share data outside the Company.
The Application runs within the Company’s own controlled environment. OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens are stored in a protected local credential store, separate from general file storage, and are never published or shared. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We follow Intuit’s security and platform requirements for applications that access production data.
Accounting records created or updated by the Application remain in the Company’s QuickBooks Online companies under the Company’s retention policies. The Application itself does not maintain a separate long-term copy of that data beyond what is needed to perform a given operation.
Because the Application is for the Company’s internal use only, authorization can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Application from within QuickBooks Online (Apps → Connected apps) or by removing its access in the Intuit Developer dashboard.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
