End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the One Call Technical Solutions QuickBooks Integration (the “Application”), a private internal software application owned and operated by One Call Technical Solutions, LLC (the “Company”). The Application is intended solely for the Company’s own use with its QuickBooks Online accounting data and that of its affiliated entity, OccMed Development.

1. License

The Company grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly for the Company’s internal accounting operations. The Application is not licensed, sold, or distributed to the public or to any third party.

2. Permitted Use

The Application may be used only to access, create, update, and report the Company’s own QuickBooks Online accounting records via Intuit’s authorized API. Any use outside the Company’s internal accounting purposes is prohibited.

3. Restrictions

Users may not: (a) use the Application to access QuickBooks Online data the Company is not authorized to access; (b) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Application; or (c) use the Application in any manner that violates Intuit’s Developer Terms or applicable law.

4. Intuit Services

The Application relies on QuickBooks Online and the Intuit Developer Platform. Use of those services is subject to Intuit’s own terms and policies. The Company is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.

5. Data

Handling of accounting data accessed through the Application is described in the Company’s Privacy Policy.

6. No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

8. Termination

Access to the Application may be suspended or terminated at any time, and authorization to QuickBooks Online may be revoked from within QuickBooks Online or the Intuit Developer dashboard.

9. Changes

The Company may revise this Agreement from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
